Localized greetings (--lang)

It would be lovely if hello-hut could greet people in their own language. Proposal:

  1. a small translation table, keyed by language code
  2. --lang CODE on the command line
  3. a lang key in the configuration file

I can help with Arabic, French and Turkish, and I'm happy to collect more translations on the list.

Yes please! Let's keep the table in its own module so translators never need to touch the CLI code.

The series is applied to next. It ships with 0.3.0.

Noor's series is on the next branch now — the patchset is on ~reviewer/hello-hut-devel. I'd like #14 fixed before 0.3.0 too, so I'm taking both.
